I have a hard time working fitness into my life at the moment, but I am working towards a healthy goal of preparing more home cooked meals for my family.
My fitness resolution again this year is to lose weight to fall into the healthy category for my height and maintain it. I also want to continue our healthy eating regimen. The fact that it’s a family vs a solo effort makes it much easier and more fun.
I’m 1/3 of the way — 2/3 to go.

I’m really shooting to get in 10,000 steps per day. I also want to try to get cardio in at least a couple days a week. I feel so much more energized when doing cardio.
