If you celebrate Easter, may yours be joyous as we remember the resurrection of Jesus. We are having Easter dinner at home; just the two of us. I bought a ham slice so we’re not stuck with tons of leftovers. To go with that we’ll have asparagus spears, fried potatoes and gluten-free cornbread. Yum!
